At Triumph Hardware, we want you to shop with confidence.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

You may return most new and unused items within 90 days of delivery.

2.  Item Condition
Returned products must be:

In their original packaging

Unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt

3.  Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4.  Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5.  Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or special-order products

Items marked as "Final Sale"
