1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the Triumph Hardware return policy, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure all screws and mounting accessories are included.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your original order confirmation or receipt. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received from Triumph Hardware. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

According to the Triumph Hardware return policy, the following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or special-order hardware products.

Items marked as "Final Sale".

6. Exchanges
